Service 02

Paid ads, judged on bookings.

I run Meta and Google ads for venues and measure them against booked revenue, not clicks. Your trade area is small and your calendar repeats every year, so this isn't about scale. It's the right offer, in front of local parents, at the moment they're deciding.

Meta and Google, run in your own ad accounts, reported against what your booking system recorded.

What's included

The accounts are yours. I run them.

You're the owner of every account and I'm a user on it. My invoice is the management fee. The platforms bill your card for the media, at cost.

Accounts in your name

Meta and Google ad accounts set up in your name, or cleaned up if they already exist. If you leave, I remove my access and that's the handover.

Tracking on the booking

Conversion tracking on the actual booking event, with the booking value passed back where your platform allows it. Page views don't count as results.

Campaigns on your calendar

Birthday parties, weekday fill, corporate and groups, seasonal pushes and brand defence. Built once, then run to the calendar your venue actually has.

Ad creative

Ads built from your own photos and short-form video, refreshed before they wear out. Small markets see the same ad a lot, so creative tires fast.

One-page reporting

Spend, bookings, cost per booking and booked revenue, once a month. What the platforms claim and what your booking system recorded, side by side.

Brand defence

A small search campaign on your own name, so a competitor can't buy the top spot when someone searches for you directly.

Writing and posting your organic social feed isn't part of ads. It's a separate add-on at $900 a month. On-site photo and video shoots are priced per project.

How it works at a venue

Four campaigns, four different buyers.

A venue doesn't need one big campaign. It needs a few small ones, each pointed at one page and one decision.

If your booking page fails on a phone, paid traffic just loses money faster. I fix that first, before a dollar goes into ads.

01

Birthday parties, weeks out.

Parents book parties weeks ahead. Campaigns run to parents inside your drive time and land on one package page, not your homepage.

02

The empty Tuesday in February.

A short weekday offer, spent in a quick burst, aimed at people who've already been in the building. It fills lanes and rooms that were going to sit empty anyway.

03

Corporate and group bookings.

A different campaign entirely, on Google search and aimed at the people who plan team events, selling headcount and minimum spend. One of these can be worth a month of birthday parties.

04

A competitor opens down the road.

They'll bid on your name. Brand defence costs very little, and it stops you paying to teach your own market that there's a new option.

What it costs

A flat fee. Never a percentage of your spend.

Ads run inside the Full Calendar retainer. Each band has a minimum monthly ad spend, which you pay straight to Google and Meta. Marking up media is a conflict of interest, so I don't do it.

FoundationOne time

A 4 to 6 week build. Site, booking funnel, Google profile, tracking and email authentication, done once and done right.

The tracking your ads report against gets installed here.

One location$9,500

Two locations$14,500

Three locations$19,500

Half to start, half on launch. Skip it if your site already works.

Full CalendarMonthly

All four jobs, every month. Priced by your venue's annual revenue, not a menu of add-ons.

Paid Meta and Google runs here, across all four jobs.

$1.5M to $2.5M revenueMinimum ad spend $1,000 a month$1,750

$2.5M to $5M revenueMinimum ad spend $2,000 a month$2,950

$5M+ or multi-siteMinimum ad spend $3,500 a month$4,500

Per month. Six-month first term, then month to month.

The retainer is the management. The ad spend is separate, billed to your card by the platforms, and every dollar of it shows up in your own account.

Questions

What venue owners ask about ads.

How fast will I see bookings?

Ads are the fastest thing I run. Bookings usually move in the first month, and the first month is also the most expensive one, because the platforms are still learning who books.

I judge the channel over a rolling ninety days, not on one bad week.

Can I buy ads on their own?

Not as a separate line item. Paid Meta and Google runs across all four jobs inside the Full Calendar retainer, because an ad is only as good as the page, the profile and the follow-up behind it.

How do you handle attribution?

Honestly. Phone bookings and walk-ins get partly credited to nobody, and the platforms tend to claim more than they earned. I report what the platforms say and what your booking system recorded, side by side, and we talk about the gap.

What happens if I stop?

The bookings from ads stop with the spend. Ads are rented. Local search, reviews and your email list are the parts that keep working when the card is off, which is why they sit in the same retainer.

What won't ads do?

They won't create demand that isn't there. A small town only has so many birthday parties in March, and no budget changes that. And I won't run a campaign behind a package I think is uncompetitive without saying so first. That's a pricing conversation, not a marketing one.
