Find out what's broken. Free.
Tell me your venue name and city. I run the same diagnostic I run on every new client, ten checks across getting found, getting booked and getting guests back, and email you the report, usually the same day. I run it myself, not a bot. No pitch attached.
Three fields. A real report back.
Venue, city and an email to send it to. That's all I need. Everything the scan looks at is public, so there are no logins to hand over and nothing to install.
- Google profile and reviews
- AI assistant answers
- Booking flow on a phone
- Email delivery
- Map pack position
- Page speed and social profiles
I look at every report before it goes out. It usually lands the same day, in writing, and it's yours to keep whether we work together or not.
Ten checks, each one tied to bookings.
Each one either sends you bookings or quietly costs you them. Most venues I look at fail at least one they didn't know about.
- Email authentication. SPF, DKIM and DMARC. If these are wrong, booking confirmations land in spam and the parent thinks the party never got booked.
- Google profile completeness. Hours, attributes, photos, categories, holiday hours. Half-finished profiles lose to complete ones on the same street.
- Profile ownership. Whether the profile is claimed and who holds it. A surprising number of venues are locked out of their own listing by a former web guy.
- Review count and velocity. Not just how many, but how fast they're arriving. Twelve reviews from 2023 reads worse to a parent than four from last month.
- Map pack position. Where you sit on your main search terms, checked from inside your actual trade area rather than from my desk.
- Mobile page speed. On a mid-range phone on cell data, not on fibre. Every extra second between the ad and the party page costs bookings.
- Booking flow on a phone. I start a party booking on my phone and count the taps, the dead ends and the fields that fail. This is where most venues bleed.
- Booking platform. Which system you're on and what it can and can't do. ROLLER, CenterEdge, Bookeo, Xola, Checkfront and FareHarbor all behave differently.
- AI assistant answers. Whether assistants name you when someone asks for the best in your city. Reported as a range across repeated runs, not as a score.
- Social profiles. Whether they're current, whether hours and links match your Google profile, and whether the last post makes you look open or closed.
A written report, usually the same day.
Here's what we found, why it matters to your revenue, and what it would take to fix. In that order.
Fixes ordered by what they cost you.
The thing losing you money today goes first. For most venues that's email authentication or a half-empty Google profile. Yours to keep and to hand to anyone.
Every finding graded by confidence.
DNS records and page speed are facts anyone can check. Booking friction is an indicator. The AI answers are a dated snapshot. The report says which is which.
Twenty minutes, if you want.
We go through it on a call and I tell you which items you can fix yourself and which need someone like me. If your category in your market is taken, I say so.
Not a score, not a teaser, not a pitch.
Most free audits are a sales deck with your logo on it. This one is the diagnostic I'd run if you were already paying me.
- Not an automated score. There's no single number out of 100. You get findings, each with the evidence behind it.
- Not a teaser. You see the whole report. Nothing is held back until you book a call.
- Not an AI visibility score. Assistants give different answers to the same question, so I report how often you're named across repeated runs, not a number nobody can reproduce.
- Not access to your accounts. It uses public information only. No logins, no admin access, no tracking code.
- Not the whole plan. It shows what's broken. Fixing it, and filling the rest of the week, is the paid work. See pricing.
Before you ask for one.
Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no call required, no obligation. The report opens a conversation for me, and some people take the fixes and do them themselves. That's fine.
How fast will I get it?
Usually the same day. I run each scan myself and read it before it goes out, so on a busy day it can take a little longer.
What do you need from me?
Your venue name, your city and an email address. Everything else I find from public sources: your website, your Google profile, your DNS records and your social profiles.
Why is the AI check a range and not a score?
Ask an assistant the same question three times and you get three different answers. Only 2.2% of cited sources repeat across runs, so one number is noise.
I run each prompt ten times across three assistants and report something like “named in 2 to 4 of 10 runs.” It will move week to week without either of us doing anything.
Growth Memo, June 2026. arXiv 2603.08924.
Can I hand the report to my web person or agency?
Yes. It's yours. Every finding says what's wrong and what the fix looks like, so whoever does the work can start from it.
What if a venue like mine in my area already works with you?
I take one venue per category per market. If your category in your market is taken, I'll tell you up front, and you still get the report.
