Content that sells the night, not the hardware.
Photo and short-form video shot in your venue on a night when it's full, plus social posts worth stopping for. Your ads, website, Google profile and email all run on this material. I sell it as two add-ons: social content at $900 a month, and on-site shoots priced per project.

People having the night you want to sell.
Nobody books a lane because of the pinsetter. They book because of eleven people shouting at one another. A parent needs to see kids like hers, and a group of adults needs to see a group of adults.
On-site shoots
Time on your floor during real peak trade. Not staged, not after hours, not with models. Booked around the nights that show your venue at its best.
A photo library
Edited stills from every shoot, cropped for your website, your Google profile, ads and print, so nobody has to fall back on a stock photo or a spec sheet.
Short-form video
Vertical clips cut for Reels and TikTok, with a set built specifically as ad creative rather than as posts. Small markets wear out an ad fast, so fresh footage matters.
Social, written and posted
One or two posts a week that are actually worth seeing, instead of twenty scheduled ones about nothing. Written for the people who book, and posted for you.
Photo releases
The release process handled on the night, including how to deal with other people's children, which is the part venues most often get wrong.
Full ownership
Everything delivered to a folder you control, with full rights. No licensing terms, no expiry, and no fee to keep using photos of your own building.
Not included: replying to comments and messages day to day. That belongs to someone in the building who knows what happened last night. In-venue signage, menus and wayfinding are a separate add-on.
Most venue photos make a busy place look closed.
Content is an input, not a channel. It shows up in what your ads cost, what your Google profile looks like, and whether a parent can picture the party.
Views aren't bookings. A clip can travel a long way and sell nothing, because most of the people watching don't live within driving distance of you.
Your photos are from an empty Tuesday.
Clean, well lit, nobody in them. A parent choosing between you and the place across town is buying atmosphere, and empty rooms don't sell it. One shoot on a full night fixes that.
A party room with no party in it.
Your highest-margin booking, and the page shows an empty table with folded napkins. Real parties, shot with signed releases, give the birthday page and the party ads something to sell.
Twenty posts a month, three likes each.
Batch-scheduled filler reads as advertising, and people skip it without deciding to. The platforms notice and stop showing it. Fewer, better posts bring engagement back first, then reach.
The staff member who posts sometimes.
She's good at it, and she also has a shift to run. A library of real footage gives her something to post from, instead of asking her to be a content department for free.
Ad creative is in the retainer. The rest is add-ons.
Paid ad creative runs inside Full Calendar. Writing and posting your organic feed is a separate add-on at $900 a month, and on-site photo and video is priced per project, because a shoot is a travel day and travel days don't fit a retainer.
FoundationOne time
A 4 to 6 week build. Site, booking funnel, Google profile, tracking and email authentication, done once and done right.
Shoots and social posting aren't part of the build. A shoot booked alongside it gives the new site real photos on day one.
One location$9,500
Two locations$14,500
Three locations$19,500
Half to start, half on launch. Skip it if your site already works.
Full CalendarMonthly

What venue owners ask about content.
Why isn't social posting in the retainer?
Because it's the lowest return per hour in the whole stack, and folding it in would mean doing less of the work that actually books parties. It's there if you want it, at $900 a month, priced on its own so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
How often should we post?
When you have something worth posting. One or two good posts a week beats a daily schedule of filler. Before anything goes out, the question is who it's for and whether they'd want to see it, not whether you've posted this week.
Do you report likes and followers?
No, and I'd be suspicious of anyone who leads with them. Where content shows up is in ad performance, in your Google profile, and in bookings. Fresh footage against tired creative is one of the clearest differences you can see in cost per booking.
What about photographing kids?
It's handled on the night, with releases and a clear process for other people's children. I won't stage a fake party with staff kids pretending to be customers. It reads as fake, and parents spot it instantly.
What won't this do?
Photography can't hide a tired room. If the carpet is worn and the lighting is bad, good photos get people through the door once and the reviews do the rest. And I won't post about your equipment's model numbers. Upgrades are worth announcing, as what guests will feel, not as a spec sheet.
