The six

One person accountable for all of it.

Most venues hire one agency for ads, another for the website and nobody for the guest list. I run the whole thing, and each piece has its own page with what's in it and what it costs.

01

Websites

Built in WordPress. Fast, mobile-first, and the booking flow actually works on a phone. You own it and you can edit it.

Websites

02

Paid ads

Meta and Google, measured against booked revenue instead of clicks. Spend runs through your own accounts, with no markup.

Paid ads

03

Local SEO

Google profile, map pack, listings, reviews. This is what decides whether a family finds you at 6pm on a Saturday.

Local SEO

04

AI search

Whether an assistant names you when someone asks for the best in your city. Measured in ranges across repeated runs, never as one score.

AI search

05

Email and SMS

Every waiver and party contact you've already collected, working for you. Plus the authentication that keeps confirmations out of spam.

Email and SMS

06

Content

Photo and short-form that looks like your venue on a good night, shot on site, not pulled from a stock library.

Content

Where to start

Most venues start with two or three of these.

Switching all six on at once is usually the wrong call. It spreads the effort thin and it hides which piece actually moved your bookings.

The free scan tells you which two or three, in what order, with the reasoning written down. Then you decide.

First

What you already own.

In practice most venues start with local SEO and email, because those two use assets you already have, your Google profile and your waiver and party contacts, and they cost the least to switch on.

Next

Paid traffic.

Ads come next, once the booking flow can handle the traffic. Sending paid clicks to a page that fails on a phone just loses money faster.

Only if

The website goes first when it's losing the sale.

A rebuild leads only when the current site is the thing turning bookings away. If your site already works, skip the build and go straight to the monthly work.

How it's sold

Two prices, not a menu of six.

You don't buy these one at a time. A Foundation build gets the basics right once, and the Full Calendar retainer runs the rest every month. Both are published, in Canadian dollars.

Foundation, one time

$9,500

For one location, $14,500 for two and $19,500 for three. A 4 to 6 week build: site, booking funnel, Google profile, tracking and email authentication.

Half to start, half on launch.

Full Calendar, monthly

$1,750

A month for venues doing $1.5M to $2.5M a year, $2,950 for $2.5M to $5M, and $4,500 for $5M+ or multi-site. Minimum ad spend of $1,000, $2,000 or $3,500 a month, paid straight to Google and Meta.

Six-month first term, then month to month.

Organic social posting is a separate add-on at $900 a month. On-site photo and video shoots are priced per project. I take one client per venue category per market.
