Published prices, in Canadian dollars.
Two things, not a menu. Foundation is a one-time build from $9,500. Full Calendar is the monthly work, from $1,750 a month plus ad spend you pay straight to Google and Meta. You shouldn't have to book a call to find out if I'm in range.
- Foundation
- $9,500 to $19,500, one time
- Full Calendar
- $1,750 to $4,500 a month
- Ad spend
- Your accounts, no markup
- First term
- Six months, then month to month
The build that has to be right before monthly work can pay off.
A 4 to 6 week project, paid once. Priced by how many locations you run, because each one is its own Google profile, its own pages and its own booking path.
One location
$9,500
The full Foundation for a single venue: site, booking funnel, Google profile, tracking, email authentication and the missing pages.
Two locations
$14,500
Everything in one location, done for both. If each location runs its own website today, this is usually where they become one.
Three locations
$19,500
Everything in one location, done for all three, with each location's Google profile, listings and pages set up on its own.
What every Foundation includes.
- A new website. Built in WordPress on my venue template, and you own it. Home, about, each attraction, pricing and contact.
- The booking funnel rebuilt. Everything between the ad or search result and your checkout, wired into ROLLER, CenterEdge, FareHarbor, Aluvii, Gatemaster or Party Center. I don't replace your system.
- The pages you're missing. Birthday parties, corporate and group events, school field trips, and leagues or memberships where they fit.
- Google Business Profile. Claimed, corrected and categorised, with hours, photos, services and attributes.
- Email authentication. SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up properly, so your mail stops landing in spam.
- Tracking that counts bookings. GA4, the Meta pixel and conversion events tied to real bookings, not page views.
- Local SEO groundwork. Titles with your city in them, meta descriptions, LocalBusiness schema, and city and attraction pages.
- An AI search audit. How assistants answer for your venue today, and the fixes that come out of it.
Half to start, half on launch. Custom design outside the template adds $2,500. A very large or complex existing site gets quoted on its own instead of forced into these prices. If your site already works, skip Foundation and start on Full Calendar.
One monthly fee, set by your venue's revenue.
Full Calendar starts the month after launch. The four jobs are always the same. What changes is the size of the venue, so that's what sets the price.
The four jobsEvery month
Paid Meta and Google runs across all four, billed to your own ad accounts.
- Get found. Local SEO, Google Business Profile management, AI search visibility, review generation and response.
- Get booked. Booking funnel testing and upkeep, conversion work, and reporting against your booking platform, so you see booked revenue, not clicks.
- Get them back. Email and SMS to the list you already own, memberships and passes, and lapsed-guest offers.
- Fill the quiet hours. Parties, groups, corporate, schools and sports teams. Weekday and shoulder-season demand.
Full CalendarMonthly
Pick your venue's annual revenue. All four jobs, every month, at one price.
Minimum ad spend $1,000 a month, paid straight to Google and Meta.
- Google profile, reviews, local SEO and AI answers
- Booking funnel and revenue reporting
- Memberships, reactivation and email
- Party, group, school and corporate demand
Ad spend is billed by Google and Meta to your own accounts. I don't mark it up and I don't take a percentage of it. My invoice is the monthly fee and nothing else.

What's not in the monthly fee, and why.
Keeping these out is what keeps Full Calendar a fixed price. Add them if you need them.
Organic social
$900/mo
Paid social creative is already in. Writing and posting your feed is not, because it's the lowest return per hour in the stack. Take it as an add-on, or I train your staff once a quarter to run it themselves.
Photo and video
Quoted
On-site shoots are priced per project. A shoot is a travel day, and travel days don't fit a monthly fee.
In-venue design
Quoted
Signage, menus and wayfinding. Priced per project. Your POS and booking platform stay yours: I make the most of what you run, I don't sell or replace it.
Six months to start. You own everything from day one.
Six months, then month to month.
The first term is six months because local search and email need that long to show you something worth paying for. After that it's month to month, with 30 days' notice. No auto-renewing annual contracts.
Your domain, your site, your accounts, your list.
The domain, the WordPress site, the Google and Meta ad accounts and the email list are all in your name. If you leave, I remove my access and that's the whole handover.
One client per category per market.
I won't take a second venue competing for the same booking within about thirty minutes' drive. If I'm filling your Tuesday, I'm not filling your competitor's.
A soft play and an axe throwing range.
Different guests, different searches, different bookings. I can work with both in the same town.
Two soft plays.
Same parents, same "near me" search, same Saturday party slot. I take one and turn the other down.
Not after taking a deposit. I don't run a waiting list for it either.
Questions I get about price.
Why publish prices at all?
Because you're reading this between shifts and you want to know if I'm in range before you give up twenty minutes. Hiding the number is a sales tactic, and it wastes your time and mine.
Do I have to buy Foundation first?
No. If your site is decent and the gaps are strategy and demand, start on Full Calendar and skip the build. If the site is stale or broken, Foundation comes first, because monthly work on a leaky booking path just pays for the leak.
What does ad spend add on top?
The minimum is $1,000, $2,000 or $3,500 a month depending on your band. It's billed by Google and Meta to your own accounts, never through me. I don't mark it up and I don't charge a percentage of it.
What if my venue does less than $1.5M a year?
Then Full Calendar is probably the wrong hire this year, and I'll say so on the call. Run the free scan anyway. A good share of what it finds is a Saturday afternoon of your own work, not an invoice.
Do you do one-off projects?
Foundation is the one-off: a fixed-price build. Local SEO, ads and email on their own, no. That work compounds, and a single month of it proves nothing to either of us.
How long until I see results?
Ads can move bookings inside a month. Email to lapsed guests is fast too, because you already own the list. Local search is the slow one: usually a few months before the map pack shifts, and it holds from there.
What do you need from me?
Admin access to your accounts, your booking numbers every month, and about an hour a month of your attention. If you have photos of a genuinely busy night, that's worth more than anything else you can hand me.
Can I cancel?
After the six-month first term, yes, with 30 days' notice. If the work is good you'll stay, and if it isn't you should go.
Will you replace my booking system?
No. I work with what you already run, whether that's ROLLER, CenterEdge, FareHarbor, Aluvii, Gatemaster or Party Center. I fix everything between the click and your checkout.
Do you work outside Ontario?
Yes, anywhere in Canada. The exclusivity rule is by market, so distance isn't the issue. Photo and video shoots are the one part that needs me on site, and travel is quoted with the shoot.
What if my competitor asks first?
Then your category in your market is closed, and I tell you that on the first call instead of taking the money.
