We we're hired by The Arena to help them bring their brand back from the dead. A new owner had taken over and after nearly 20 years of neglect from a previous owner this business needed a whole new identity. The biggest challenge was making sure that everyone knew that it was an all new business. Previously this business was known as being run down, and overall not a great experience, where we were here to change the public perception and get people to give this business a second chance.
Given that this was in a smaller community our first take to action was a whole new brand, something that clearly differentiated it from the previous brand and making sure that everyone knows this isn't the same old business. New name, website, and branding suite did the trick to turning around the public perception.
With this project a big focus has been on social media, the community is very receptive to social media and we had a lot of success spreading the word, growing the following, and working with influencers within the community to get the word out there.
Overall this project took on branding, organic social media, meta ads, google ads, email newsletters, and a fresh website as the primary turning point. We continue to work with The Arena to this day and they are seeing better and better results every month.
